Hey Ya'll!  Did you even know there is such a thing as the blank plastic stencil pages?  Yep, Balzar Designs makes them!  I am over on the Top Dog Dies Blog again today sharing a tutorial on how to make your own stencil from one small die and those blank sheets.  Here's a little sneak!
