Ocean Commotion

Howdy everyone! I hope that you are staying safe and well amidst the chaos out there.  So much going on.  Today, I wanted to distract you (wink) with a cute ocean card.

Isn't she pretty, the Octopus?  I love her and she looks just like a Giant Pacific Octopus.

I'll be honest, some of the multi-layer stencils intimidate me, but I got brave with this card and used the Scenes from The Sea Stencils with my Blending Buddy.  I used Frayed Burlap, Broken China, Salty Ocean and Lucky Clover Distress Inks.

For the stamps I used Ocean Reef Builder and Oracle Octopus (I had to have one seahorse going each way!) with InkON3 Blackout Hybrid Detail.  I did a lot of Copic coloring (BG01, BV13, BV04, FV2, YG25, YG67, G07, Y02, Y15, YR26, YR04, YR68, YR000, E3, E93, R02, R14, R35, R37, C1, 0) and fussy cutting.  I used Jazz Hands sequins to make the bubbles and Sea Spray Shimmer for the shells.

Thanks for visiting, I hope you like it.  Please stay safe and well.

  1. If an octopus can be cute then this one is! I spy Nemo in there too!
