Frosty Cafe

Hey there!  I am late to the game for the Coffee Hop this year over on the Coffee Loving Cardmaker's blog.  I am recovering from a yucky round of Covid-19- 3rd time is the charm I guess.  The second bout wasn't too bad, but the odd numbers sure have been.

Anyhoo, here is my card today.

This card features the Frosty Cafe Stamp set from Trinity Stamps most recent release.  I used light colored copics and cut it out with the coordinating Frosty Cafe Die set.  I used some Simple Stories DP and some Pink and Main glitter for accents.  It turned out pretty cute.

Well that's all today, a brief post.  Thanks for visiting.

A Little Joy

Hey, a quick post today using my new Create a Smile.

My husband bought me this set in German... I don't speak German so I used sentiments from other sets.  I stamped the images and colored with Copics.  I used sentiment and paper (the red) from Lawn Fawn and the Joy sentiment is from Taylored Expressions.

Like I said, a quick post, that's all friends, thank you for visiting.

Clean and Simple- Don't Drink and Fly

Hello!  I have one quick and easy card for you today and a safety reminder- Don't drink and Fly (or Drive)!

This card was simple to make.  I colored the images from Whimsy Stamps Going Batty set using Copics.  I put this on a sightly distressed purple background.  Then I added these embellishments and sentiment from Trinity Stamps Trick or Drink Stamp Set

Be safe and Happy Fall!

Monster Sized Wishes

I make a ton of cards I don't share, but today I am sharing.  These feature some cute Yeti's from Whimsy Stamps.

These images are the Yeti to Party Stamp Set.

I colored these images with my Copics, die cut them and then mounted them with foam tape on the little cut panels.  Then I mounted that on the rainbow striped paper.

I added some white highlights and then these Disco Ball Baubles

Again, keeping it simple with my post, just wanted to try to spend more time here.  Hope you like it!

Barn Party

Yes, it has been an awfully long time since I posted anything here.  But I thought it was high time to do something.

Today, I have a cute card for you featuring some Hello Bluebird Stamps, Honey Bee Stamps Dies and Trinity Stamps Embellishments.

I created this barn by cutting the Barn Scene Builder from Honey Bee.  I used some Mahogany Distress Oxide to add some extra color.  All the images from Hello Bluebird are color with Copics.

I love that this card has 3 layers.  I can open up the front doors, but hen I open it up again to see the entire inside.

The embellishments are from Trinity Stamps.  I used It's Kinda Corny, some spiders, Grandma's Candy Jar, and some Bubble Blower's around the cauldron.

That's it, just keeping it brief!  Hope you liked it!

I have two projects for today, here is the first.

This first one features It's a Sherbet Day Stamps and Coordinating Dies. I colored the image with my Copics and cut it out.  I set that aside and then pulled out my Ice Cream Cone Die Set.  I cut the parts and added color using my distress oxide to the base and then added some Copics to the pattern to help the grooves stand out.  Then I did the ice cream in colored cardstock and did the same adding color to the shadows.  I added the chocolate top and added some Sugared Surprise Sprinkles with glossy accents using my Pick-Up-Stick.  All this is mounted on the Love Dani Paper Pad which is mounted on a craft base.  I adhered all my elements down, stamped the sentiment and added gel highlights.

This second card is my fave, I had fun on both, but anything with rainbows! I started this one with the same It's a Sherbet Day Stamps and Coordinating Dies. I colored, added gel highlights and cut it out.  Next, I used a bit of white cardstock cut 4X4 and used my Slimline Layered Confetti Stencil and Distress Oxides to create the look.  Next, I cut a strip of kraft cardstock and used the A2 Quilted Cover Plate to give it texture like an ice cream cone.  I adhered my layers onto a white base and popped my gnome up with foam tape.  Then I stamped my sentiment in the upper right.  I die cut the letters for ENJOY using some pink foam with the Graham Cracker Alpha set and adhered them.

So there you have it, two fun ways to use this set and some other new and old products to play with.  Hit up the shop for these goodies, but before you do, keep hopping!  Next up is the fantastic Cassie Trask's blog. If you get lost along the way, head to Trinity for the complete line up.

Good luck with the prizes and thank you for visiting!
