Pig Pile

Hey there, happy Wednesday!  Today I have an fun card for you featuring a new release from RAM Stamps. 

This sweet new set is beyond adorable!  I love this sweet little piggy and the boy is pretty cute too.  

I made this one using the Sweet Friendship Stamp.  I printed it and colored it with my Copics.  Rather than making the drops a rain puddle, I decided to make it a mud puddle.  Once I was done coloring, I cut it out using my snips.  After that, I used some Doodlebug Designs Inc. Paper and cut it with a Pink and Main Oval Die.  I stamped a P&M sentiment on the oval.  I used Kraft CS for the backdrop and had splattered some in on it from my Distress Ink Refills for a bit more mud.  I popped up the oval on teh background and the image in front of that.  

I mean come on, does it get much cuter?  The answer is no.

Trinity March Release

Hey all!  I am guest designing with Trinity Stamps for another new release. Today's release is spring and Easter themed and really fun. 

I just love this Vintage Bunny Stamp and Die Set, so fun and traditional.  It reminds me of the Petter Cottontail Movie. 

I made this by using the stamp and cut it with the die and then colored it with my Copics.  I then used multiple Trinity DP pads with the Center Burst Die.  I mounted these and then added a Circle with the Modern Embossed Edge Circle Die and popped it up with foam.  Then I added my bunny, again with foam.  I stamped the sentiment and die cut it and mounted that on the back.  Lastly, I added some Bubble Blower Embellishments for that final touch.

Fairy Good Friend

Hey there!  Happy Saturday!

Today I have a fun card for you featuring Rachelle Anne Miller or RAM Stamps.  

This is an absolutely adorable image and so sweet to play with.  I tell you, making this card was super fun.  I used the Woodland Fairy Digital Stamp.  The ease of using the digital stamp is that the scene is already set, all you have to do is print it out and go.  I printed this and then colored with my Copics (E11, E13, E31, E33, E35, RV21, RV23, YG05, BV02, BV04, BV13, C1, C3, YR23, Y15, Y13, Y35, Y17 BG13, BG10, RV55, V05, RV63, B000).  Once I was done coloring, I used the Catherine Pooler Scallops Dots Dies for the image and with the DP behind. I mounted this on a white base.  Then I used a banner die from Trinity Stamps Scalloped Card Panels and Banners to cut out a blue panel.  I stamped the sentiment from the Hello Bluebird on the banner and then popped it up using some Foam Squares. 

Easy peasy and so cute!

Lucky Charm- Trinity Release

Heya!  I am guest designing for Trinity Stamps February release.  I have some fun new creations to share.

RAM Release- Puppy Love

Happy Friday!  Today is a new release for RAM stamps and I wanted to share a fun new card featuring this release.  This set has 4 new cute kiddos with darling pets!  I am featuring the one called Puppy Love. 

Both girl and puppy are delightful aren't they?!  So stinking cute!

I made this by printing the digital image and then coloring with my Copics.  I used YR02, YR16, Y05, G14, BG32, BG34, Y35, Y17, RV06, RV04, RV02, E21, E11, E13, E02, E00.  I cut it out and set it aside.  Then I used a white base and with a SugarPea Design Torn Strips Stencil with my Blending Brush using Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina. Then I stamped my sentiment from MFT Stamps Mini Messages and More.  Then, I splattered some pink ink on the front and used a few of the spots from the MFT stamps sets as well.  Finally, I placed the image using foam tape. 

I think it is so delightful and sweet.  I hope you do too!

Whale of a Time

Hey there!  I am here with a another fun card featuring Rachel Anne Miller Stamps.  Being someone who loves the ocean, this is one of my very favorite images called Whale. 

I had so much fun making this.  I printed out the image on white Hammermill Paper. Then I used Copics to color it.  I used the following colors:

Whale: B99, B97, B32, B12, C1

Water: BG18, BG72, BG93

Boy & Clothes: E00, E02, E11, E13, YG41, YG13, Y17, Y38, B01, B02

Stars: V05, V15, Y11, Y13, YG41, YG13, FYR1, B01, B02, RV04, RV02

Once I finished coloring the images, I added some white gel highlights.  Then I used a CDD die to cut the image out.  Then I cut the top half with scissors and set aside.  Next, I used some distress inks (Monsoon, Pistachio, and Chipped Sapphire) and Yupo paper to create a background.  then I added some white ink spritzer.  After that dried, I used some distress oxide to add color where I wanted my stars and adhered them to the backdrop.  Next, I placed my image in front of the backdrop using foam tape. This entire layer was mounted on blue cardstock followed by black, which was also cut with the CDD die. 

I think this turned out very sweet and would be perfect for a child's room.

Welcome Baby

Hello there!  Today is my first post as part of the RAM Stamps Design Team.  They have the cutest stamps, and you might recognize them! 

Here is my first project for the DT.  Isn't it cute!  I love the sweet critters and the I chose bright colors that might work for a gender neutral baby card. 

I used the Hanging Stars digital stamp set.  I colored it using my Copics (YG05, YG11, R22, R24, RV42, Y11, Y13, Y17, 35, Y38, BG10).  Once I colored it, I cut the white base to 4.25 X 4.  Next, I used some light green striped cardstock, cut slightly larger, than the white layer and put it behind the white.  I used a Craftin Desert Divas die for the tab along the side and then stamped the "Congratulations" sentiment from the Pink & Main Floral Wings Stamp set on that.  I adhered that and then added a layer of Cantalope cardstock behind that, cut to to 4.5 X 4.25.  I adhered all of these layers to one another using EZ Tear Tape.  Then, I mounted all that on a white base 4.75 X 4.75.  Lastly, I added a few white gel highlights.
