Your Next Stamp Fun!

Hi Friends!  I still have some holiday cards to share, so you are going to have to bear with me.  But at the moment, I am just here to this super cutie card featuring Pheobe from Your Next Stamps.

I made this sweetie pie specifically for the current YNS Challenge #54.  I couldn't decide between the sketch or the inspiration photo, so I used BOTH!  Which one would you have picked?

Isn't she just the cutest?!  She is from the set Ice Skating Phoebe and the sentiment is from Vacation Phoebe.  I coupled them with this Sugar Peas Circle die with the perfect background DP to pick up the green in the inspiration photo.  I finished it with some Memory Box snowflakes.  She was fun to color and this was fun to make!

Poppy's Christmas

One more today?  Why not.

Check out this cute little critter.  Ah-dorable right!?!

This sweet guy is from Some Odd Girl Stamps.  I colored with my Copics and paired with this fun plaid paper.  The scalloped edge is from Pretty Pink Posh.   The best part of it all is that tiny little sentiment that you can't see, it says, "not a creature was stirring..."

Pretty apt for this time of day on Christmas Eve eh....  pretty soon Jolly St. Nick will be making his way down the chimneys.

Whatever you celebrate, I hope you and yours enjoy Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah or whatever you choose!

Love and Peace!

HOX3

T-minus 1 day and counting until Christmas.  That said, maybe I should save this posting for tomorrow, but I can't wait to share this sweet card.  I just love these images from MFT.  Birdie Brown really has the cutest images.

I made this by using my PTI scallop Square Die.  I layered this, Carta Bella Ephemera Post card on top of that.  The Ho3 is stamped directly on the post card.  The images are stamped separately, colored with Copics and fussy cut.  You may be a fussy cut hater, but it makes for cute stuff.

This card is the flipped version of this MFT sketch.

Enjoy your Christmas Eve!

In the woods

Back again.  I have a clean and simple card here for you to check out today.

This card is so simple.  I've got a strip of Carta Bella paper across the bottom.  Two cut trees from Yvonne Creations.  I added the buck compliments of Impression Obsession and finally added the sentiment from Concord & 9th by stamping tone on tone.

Under the Sea Hoiliday

Not everyone lives in snowy places and holidays can look a bit different if you live somewhere topical.  Though, I love the holiday season and the area I live, I wouldn't complain about a bit of ocean and sun!

This card features a Memory Box die in front of some SU! paper that I embossed with swirls.  I love that this die passes for a branch or coral.  I used it as coral to set the scene for my Ocean "Christmas Tree!"  I colored this sweet Reverse Confetti mermaid and starfish and used my corresponding dies.  I am pretty pleased with the outcome.

What do you think an Ocean under the sea looks like?

Thanks for visiting today!

Stoked

Feeling stoked about Christmas yet?  I am!

...as evidenced by my card featuring 98% Avery Elle products from the dies to the stamp sets.  The Paper is SU!  And some glitter paper ta boot.  Love the DP on the mountains, it makes me happy.  I also loved coloring the sweet penguins, especially the tiny one!

I sent this holiday card to a friend who I know loves this little gondola die. You know who you are. :)

I purchased my Snow Caps die set from The Heart Desires Store and got the Stoked stamp set from my friend Kimberly

Tree Farm

Recently I saw a card on my friend Amy's blog that I totally fell in love with.  So cute!

Isn't it just the sweetest?!

I don't have this sweet set but I decided to make my own version of this using some Lawn Fawn and Sweet Stamp Shop stamps.  I used colors and papers to create a retro feel.  The paper and woodgrain adds to that feel (and reminds me a bit of my father's kitchen....)  Here is my loose CAS(e) of Amy's card.

The colors and textures are perfect for this month's The Heart Desires Challenge.

Hope you have a wonderful holiday, be it traditional or non!

Ornaments- Avery Elle

I have a ton of Christmas Cards yet to share.  I am going to start posting a few at a time to share with you before Christmas comes.

Here is the first of many.  I originally made this for the current THD Challenge only to realize I used different products than I intended, so didn't include it in the line up.  Regardless, I love how it turned out with the soft colors.

This features SU! Cardstock.  Some American Crafts acetate.  I used some glittler paper for the tree branches, that die is from Impression Obsession.  The stars are from Memory Box and the ornaments are Avery Elle.  The sentiment is from Xcuts, a company I hadn't heard of before, but found at my local scrapbook store and loved the font.

Thanks for visiting today.  As I said, lots more cards coming in the next few days so please come back and visit often!

This works perfectly with the {PIN}spirnational Challenge so I am entering!

It's Tag Time!

Hi there!  Happy to have you here today as I have something fun to share.  This is my first debut of a tag!  I don't make them very often but I really couldn't resist making this one.

For this tag, I was inspired by three fabulous challenges and you are about to see why...

When these fun challenges came together they created this sweet baby.

For this tag I used my FAVORITE Two Paper Divas Stamp and had oh so much fun coloring it with my Copics.  I love the deep lines and the ability to create shadows on this truck.  I used my favorite tree die of the season picked up from my local scrapbook shop, made by Yvonne Creations.  The circle is cut using a Sugar Peas die and the sentiment is from the Essentials by Ellen set Warm Fuzzies (from the summer release).   The twine creates the perfect rustic finish.  And still, I have the feminine twist by adding the sparkle from the Wink of Stella.  You can see the detail better below.

Pretty happy with the outcome and may even slap this bad boy on a package.  Do you put tags on your packages?  Why or why not?

Are you Yeti for Christmas?

Hello Coffee Loving Papercrafters!  Are you having a good weekend?  Ready for more coffee and a new week to begin?

Here is a little something to help you get up and running!

This fun card features a few different sets from My Favorite Things (Beast Friends and Santa's Elves) The background tree dies and paper are from Lawn Fawn.  I colored with my copics and enjoyed every moment.  I love Yeti's and I love Coffee.

Participated in a crafty gift exchange this weekend with some of the lovely players in this hope and I got some metal art for the yard... Among them, an Evergreen, Space Needle and Sasquatch... soo PNW!

Woohoo!  Thanks for visiting and have a great day!

Sleigh Ride

Anyone want to go out and play in the snow?  Well I can tell you we did here last week.  Kids had a snow day because of our 2 inches we accumulated.  Funny, I know, but people aren't prepared to drive here when it snows because we get it so rarely.

Anyhoo, this card was inspired by that snow day.  I used Savvy dies (sled), Pretty Pink Posh (hill) and  Yvonne dies (trees) and paper from Carta Bella and SU!
